Which Latex Topper For A Large Human Being Alongside Sciatica.

I am 6’1” too weigh 320 lbs. I convey sciatica on the correct side. Rather than purchase a novel bed, I was considering buying a latex topper. What size (thickness too ILD) range you lot recommend.
