Muuto At Nomad

News has started coming inward from 3 Days of Design inward Copenhagen as well as I'm excited to come across what my favourite Danish pattern brands presented this year. Held annually, I had the pleasance of tending final year, as well as seeing all the coverage on Instagram final calendar week brought dorsum lots of fond memories!

The bold exhibition Muuto at Nomad showcased new perspectives on the modern workspace through pattern as well as art. Housed inward a onetime courthouse edifice inward the see of Copenhagen, the pop-up took identify at Nomad Workspace, a modern co-working infinite for budding entrepreneurs as well as creatives. Designed by Spatial Code, a creative studio founded past times interior designer Natalia Sanchéz, Muuto at Nomad presented a novel perspective on the Muuto universe through the context of a modern co-working infinite including open-plan piece of occupation areas, lounge spaces as well as conference settings.

In her approach to the interior design, Sanchéz emphasised the application of her intuitively colourful approach to the Muuto at Nomad space, allowing for it to interact amongst the aesthetic as well as functional sentiments of Muuto designs.

“For the Muuto at Nomad space, nosotros wanted to explore how production pattern inside furniture, lighting as well as accessories could variety a creative as well as playful environment. A workplace to me should echo about of the same sentiments that are constitute inside the home, giving people a welcoming, inspirational as well as relaxing experience. For Muuto at Nomad, nosotros wanted to build people experience at repose inside the spaces that they’d inhabit, using the underlying emotional sentiments of color throughout the infinite to communicate the feeling that we’d similar for people to convey when entering. I believe inward creating workplaces that inspire people to do as well as thrive land feeling temporarily at abode as well as nosotros wanted for the Muuto at Nomad infinite to communicate that ideal." - Natalia Sanchez

Bringing the presence of fine art into the context of Muuto at Nomad, the pop-up saw Muuto collaborate amongst iii dissimilar creatives — fine art as well as pattern practise Wang & Söderström, Stockholm-based interior architect Tekla Evelina Severin as well as Katja Boom, a Copenhagen-based manager working inside the champaign of creative as well as commercial film.

Muuto's unique means of reinterpreting Scandinavian pattern heritage amongst the best of today’s contemporary designers through modern materials as well as technique is beautifully aligned amongst the Nomad ethos of novel perspectives. An exciting collaboration as well as visual feast, I honey seeing the gorgeous Muuto products styled inward this inspiring context.
