As a longtime fan of Jo Malon London, I've been attending the production launches hither inwards Auckland for several years too they never neglect to impress. Arriving on the Monday, I checked inwards to London's most iconic hotel Claridge's, located inwards the pump of Mayfair. To say I was blown away yesteryear my suite would survive an understatement. A warm welcome with afternoon tea (and the commencement of several scones I would eat during my stay), I was delighted to consider a card too gorgeous gifts from Jo Malone London. I too learnt close the fine art of fragrance combining. A fun process, I ended upwards with a favourite combination of Peony & Blush Suede and Wood Sage & Sea Salt.
Other locations nosotros visited included the Just Because Arcade (complete with Jo Malone London arcade games too prizes) too The Grenadier pub, where I continued my real British pedagogy yesteryear learning to describe a pint! That nighttime nosotros attended The Arts Club inwards Mayfair (pictured above, left) where nosotros were treated to a Scented Supper consisting of 3 delicious courses too an amazing alive band. Enjoying the luxury of a bath, something I rarely exercise at home, was some other highlight of my remain at Claridge's. Held at The Albion, the traditional Pub Quiz too dinner was a fun too relaxed night. Poppy was incredibly downwards to earth, happy to chat too accept photos with everyone. Sitting with my immature human being housemates The Peonies, nosotros ended the nighttime on a high greenback yesteryear winning the pub quiz!
Arriving dorsum to notwithstanding some other beautiful gift left inwards my suite, I was thrilled to give away a cashmere scarf yesteryear N.PEAL monogrammed with my initials. Perfect for the long journeying home.
I was lucky to remain on inwards London for a twain of days before returning to NZ, too since thence the kids lead keep finally gone dorsum to schoolhouse too I've hitting the basis running with the weblog too projects.
